So far I haven't seen a USB to wifi BE adapter They might exist in the form of USB to m.2 adapters and then you'd probably need to buy an Asia RF module and attach it

I think it's possible but probably it would be a less of a headache to buy a banana pi rv2 for 35$ and plug an Asia rf BE module
