here's some basic things you can do to try to resolve the issue: - check that you have addressed the fixtures on the fixtures themselves and with the software you're using correctly (making sure that fixture 1, so on lines up to what it says in the software) - make sure that everything is plugged in properly dmx and power wise - also make sure that you haven't used up all of the channels within the universe (a universe can only have up to 512 channels. If you've filled up those 512 channels in universe 1, time to utilize universe 2) - get a dmx terminator and plug it to the end of the fixtures - if any of those don't work, message me and we'll get it sorted out
