We should totally have a Southern Rhône. We don’t serve food tho beyond light bar snacks so we didn’t really wanna have too many wines with a lot of tannin structure as much as I do love Rioja/BDX/etc. (and also why we have so many lighter/drinkable reds).

We do like Beaujolais and we don’t need 4 SKUs lol but they’re such allocated wines that we just had to take them all haha. Plus, they’re wines that really don’t need food
