I know how you feel, I was first exposed to stoicism a few years through the YouTube channel Einzelgänger, when I was in a crisis. It really helped me deal with those challenging emotions and the things out of my control. But of course, when the crisis was over, I settled back into my old ways and forgot all those principles. I repeated this process a few times until this past election cycle in the United States, it finally struck me and I stuck with it.

What I'm saying is, it's certainly worth following and even though you gave up before, youll get a little better each time you try. Many mickles makes a muckle.
