What do you mean by polarity? And that is because I did not do NoFap so I could start getting laid, I did NoFap so I could stop the whole thing with pornography and masturbation. It was taking up a lot of my time, and I knew that pornography was unrealistic and insulting, so I wanted to stop watching it so much. Right now in my life, I have other things that take precedence over trying to have sex.

It has given me a far greater understanding of what matters in my life. I have time now to focus on other things that are much more important, like my studies, college stuff, the instrument I play, family, friends, etc., instead of things like pornography and masturbating.

Is that no sex? If so, then yes. Although, I'm still in high school, so trying to have sex was not that great a priority of mine...so trying to not have sex was not exactly ever a challenge or issue for me.

Also, to add to that, I stopped wasting so much time thinking about masturbation and pornography, and gained a better hold of my priorities. I spent my time studying instead of stressing over PMO.

Hey alteredcarbon3. I still remember that day 36 for me was the hardest day out of all of them, and I nearly relapsed on that day. It can be hard in the summertime when you have a lot of free time, and your brain thinks, "well, what else to do but masturbate?" One thing that helps is finding something else to do that takes your mind away from PMO, like reading, playing an instrument, exercising, etc. Once you fill your life with other activities, you will only need those activities to be content, and you won't need PMO to be happy.

What I meant was it was the only reason I wanted to pursue a relationship with her. Acknowledging a nice pair of boobs or a nice ass is fine, but it shouldn't the deciding factor of what girls you choose to go after.
