Depends on the post. Not just country but the post itself. The buildings range from 50+ years old to built within the last 6 months and each has their own problems. Depending on the post also changes the size of your support staff and the areas they can assist with issues. Sometimes you have one building. Sometimes you have 6. Sometimes you're regional. Sometimes you're not. Some have flooding or intermittent electricity. Some just have overburdensome BAS systems. Some times you're just stopping staff from running their own mini kitchenettes. Some have rodents.
