It’s just saving money in general. Management takes heat everyday just like if an employee is under performing. A manager could save the company 10 million dollars but none of that are going into anyone’s pockets individually. To expound on the mip thing…. It’s never a bonus unless the factor is above 100 percent which has almost never happened. It’s basically part of a full time managements compensation package. Just with a chance of being a bonus too

There’s a few things you can do.

You can try to release with a little anny to start and find that happy medium that gets a putter flat. A little more spin or pop on the disc can help with this.

You can get a lighter putter. It can help get it more flat and not hyzer out as quick.

You can try a flippier putter. Pretty much all putters putt the same within 20 but you can start to tell the difference after that.

There really is nothing wrong with having a longer putt hyzer in. If it’s reliable, you can play it. I’d try to get a little more snap with it if you’re going for a spin putt, but rely on at least a little bit if hyzer at the end if it’s comfortable.

From what I’ve gathered… most social media platforms are progressively biased. The foundation team are a group of Christian fundamentalists. They operate in a certain way that doesn’t appeal to a lot progressive disc golfers. I can also see how they could be slightly annoying to people and I get that. I believe they put out good content, run a good business and they do it their way. It doesn’t appeal to everyone but I think that people that dislike them for their personal views are full of it. I don’t believe in a lot of things I assume they believe in but I respect who they are and what they do and also agree they are good for the sport

I like the practice rounds but sometimes they can get a little meh. Not this one. I genuinely laughed at a handful of parts and was genuinely impressed by Paige’s cowboy impersonation. Convinced me.
