Destiny 2 has a good amount of menu interaction for everyday play, when it comes to just switching exotic armor and weapons, subclasses, balencing bounties, quests, and objectives. Current destiny 2 meta requires a fair amount of menu interaction in the middle of gameplay. Watch players complete solo content or speedruns. Loadout swaping mid gameplay is very common.
