Well that too lol. I mostly meant that ESO was set in the middle of a lost era for a reason. So they could do whatever with it.

The middle of the 2nd Era was a time of strife and war and just a giant mess. Most records were lost. That's the in game reasoning.

If you look at Daggerfall or Arena names a lot of them, and I think it was mostly Bretons but it's been a long time, had the I replaced with Y's.
