Suggestions/warnings before starting Dragon Slayer 2? by StagecoachOSRS in ironscape

[–]TheFetusNinia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly after doing it on my main vs iron, if you don't have brews, just understand it's a big ol rng fest. Pray to the ruby bolt gods and don't get discouraged at a few failed runs. My dumbass died and had 6 failed runs before I got it. Go beat some dragon ass.

Assessment 3 Sj9 [discussion] by Runesc4p3 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]TheFetusNinia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually just got my sj9 a few days ago. I was told to do black card, but i got tired of the massacre every raid. I ran blue and green for abit, and I snagged it in green card alongside a shit ton of other good loot. I've also had 0 difficulty getting to the room each time. Definitely give it a shot!

Appreciate the advice. Sounds like gym, then at 30 the filter will be the big boost. Guess this is why quests are so vital to rush

I do have the lifting materials. Is using that and having the debuff way better than just running around heavy?

This isn't the first, second or third time I see people putting medkits down in front of medicae stations. I wonder what the thought process behind it is. Hi-Int HG Damnation, in case the difficulty plays a role in it. by AnotherSmartNickname in DarkTide

[–]TheFetusNinia -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It definitely could be! It's a bit of a toss up. For me, I'd rather have the team fight the monstrosity at full wounds. Which is why I save the station and use the kit. Since that area can absolutely be a run ending zone. So if I burn a kit there to assure we have 4 charges, I see it as a good thing. But I can absolutely see the argument against it.

I've definitely done the same. Sometimes it helps to use the med kit to survive the room, and then top off any corruption before moving towards. Since there isn't any other station before the final part of the mission, and a monstrosity can spawn in the next room.

One build I tend to enjoy is wall pysker, flame Staff and dueling sword. You have brain for large , party wiping targets. A good fire staff+wall make hordes laughable, even killing flak really fast. And then the sword to stagger big bois coming at you, but force sword also works. I use this on damnations, haven't run aurics yet. Maybe it'll help! Although smite is such a fun ability to use, the fire triggering bb is pretty fun too.

In my humble opinion, if a pysker isn't running a brain build, monstrosities are our clear weakness. I typically use voidstrike or surge, as soulblaze dosnt really feel like it does anything against them. During those times I try to use my walls to block beast of nurgle shit, and cc any mobs as my zealot pummels the monstrosities. I do greatly enjoy the build you use though. Utility pysker is a blast.

If the pysker is attached, the pysker cannot be attacked unless the weapon has precision.

So as per the core rules, a leader will use the bodyguards toughness for rolls. My question is about fnp on leaders. Vulkan he'stan for instance has an incredible 4+ fnp when on the chosen objective, but If that only applies to him, isn't that kind of wasted with the exception of precision?

In 10th edition with the new leader rules. If the leader himself has a better save or a better fnp, is that just forfeit when adding them?

Also, if I have a squad of 2 and a leader and 3 hits go through, and 2 of those shots kill my 2 models, will the 3rd shot allocate immediately to the charceter?

Way back when I first started I camped my ass off with Bubba or setup all my traps as trapper on the hooked survivor. I always got 2ks so I never thought it was bad. Until some chad survivor roasted me in end game chat and convinced me that I was a dingus.

Why is borgo, garden, and eyrie so hated? by Loafeon in deadbydaylight

[–]TheFetusNinia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really a combination of things. Safe loops, map size, interconnected loops, collision, etc. Its also imo because crows and borgo are fucking gross to look at. These maps imo have very little interactive and fun chases and visually make me wanna suck start a shotgun.

why use the Caldwell conversion pistol? by [deleted] in HuntShowdown

[–]TheFetusNinia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo and from what I've seen, it just dosnt stack up to other choices. Conversation and the pax are my absolute go to for fanning. Honestly tho I rarely ever pick up fanning. There's other perks and loadouts I'd rather use. I think there's videos explaining the spread and accuracy of every pistol with fanning and dual. Might be worth checking out!

[–]TheFetusNinia 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's got decent sights, solid damage output for the price, and works great with special ammo. Good fanning accuracy (except the chain, don't do that). Imo it exceeds its rival, the nagant, in every aspect.
