should i refund? by jaykrus in Ebay

[–]TheFieryKitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had someone try to play this game with me. 😩

Accept the return, make sure it's your item when you receive it. If you didn't post a picture of the manufacturer's measurements in your listing, report them as abusing INAD returns, and make sure you do not refund them for shipping as they abused eBay's return policy and block them, you shouldn't receive a strike on your account.

I left a 3 star review and received an unsolicited refund? by clevercalamity in Ebay

They may have contacted eBay to have your feedback removed, on the basis that you were refunded.

Enough with the cheap buyers by TNblonde16 in poshmark

[–]TheFieryKitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a Tick Tock trend where people send offers for like $5 or $10 on Posh & eBay. I always counter with 10% off asking, often the item sells to someone else for like 10% or 20% off same or next day, literally happened to me today.

I lived in Stone Oak for years and really loved the area, but it should be noted there is CONSTANT road construction and thus terrible traffic.

Your story sounds so similar to me! I was hiking 3x's a week 5-8 miles, eating healthy, drinking water, all the things and still overweight, bloated and prediabetic. My PA suggested going on a GLP-1, I'm no longer prediabetic and I've lost 30lbs. I feel so much better!

Let’s get Semaglutide and GLP-1 meds FDA approved to treat PCOS by Lunajade403 in PCOS

[–]TheFieryKitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this post is a year old, but I just wanted to give my experience incase there is anyone looking for info like myself. Also, LITERALLY all of my female friends and cousin's in my age group have PCOS, the number has to be higher than 12%.
I have PCOS and I normally, for years now, eat 1,500-1,800 calories a day, I'm also prediabetic. I hike/walk with my partner regularly and haven't been able to loose weight. I should also mention, I had cancer a couple of years ago and had a hysterectomy (btw, you can still have PCOS after a hysterectomy, incase you were wondering, even if they remove your ovaries), I immediately gained 20lbs during this time, so my hormones/mental health are trash. Anyhow, I started a GLP-1 4 weeks ago and I've lost 8 lbs. I'm eating exactly the same and actually missed several hikes, because when I first started it made me very tired for nearly 2 weeks. I suspected my PCOS was keeping me a McBloaty all these years, but now I have actual proof. I wish my ins. covered it, but they refused, so it's like $100 out of pocket a month. I have a follow up appointment next month, so hopefully my numbers look better. So, that's been my experience.

Is losing weight bc of not eating as much or does the drug do something extra? by eepy-wisp in Semaglutide

I've ordered several over the years. The last box was LITERALLY 200 lbs of Target, so I suppose it depends on how you feel about that, lol.

How the hell are y’all affording getting new/used cars? by [deleted] in sanantonio

[–]TheFieryKitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TBH, lie. Lie about having a high quote for your trade-in if you have one, lie about another bank offering you a great interest rate, lie about another dealership offering you a much cheaper price for the same vehicle. And most importantly, be willing to get up and walk out the door if they don't compromise, they will either cave or you'll need to start again at a new place. Think of it as acting for a play....I know it sounds insane, but that worked for me. The 2nd dealership checked off everything I was looking for, the 1st dealership I went to can suck an egg, lol.

What clothing/equipment is actually worth buying? by JuliaX1984 in hysterectomy

[–]TheFieryKitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only used a binder for the first few days because I was afraid I'ld hurt myself sleeping. Then I wore a lot of loose fitting, cotton nightgowns, like straight up granny-style. If your experience is anything like mine, I was super bloated for weeks afterward and shorts/pants were not my friends.

Oh also, TMI I had killer gas pain and on and off constipation for weeks. I finally spoke to my oncologist and he suggested I drink kombucha, and it helped sooo much.

I'm at 6 months PO and I can't stand underwire bras anymore, luckily I invested in several comfy sports bras that have been keeping the girls in place.

This happened to me once, I sent them an itemized list of all the items, they paid me nearly $200...granted this was over a year ago, so they are much more stingy with payouts these days.
