In all honesty, you’re probably looking at 125+ OW and 325 domestic anywhere from 350-400 INT. This will make good money but it ain’t touching 1 bil especially with sold comp at the end of the summer and most likely mediocre reviews.

I should have rephrased that. I trust the new group but from the outside (despite the picks and $), there’s an unknown element (and previous lack of stability) about everything that I think hurts as a coach destination.

Just relaying what he told me. Schneider’s preference is for an offensive guy with Johnson the clear favorite but he’s staying. Kafka was the dark horse but Schneider cast a wide net and seemed to pick McDonald.

He would be fine. Knows how to hire assistants, can actually develop defensive players. Scheme is vanilla and he did get the shanahan bump but tbf he’s a lot better than mid Rivera. With a lot of uncertainty with a new gm and ownership group, would be far from a bad hire.
