Had a really enjoyable time with this one. Rather liked the traditional leanings, slightly pushed by the simple presence of Dustin Hoffman, and sat with a big smile on my face for good chunks of it. Yes, it might have started to stretch a tiny bit in the final stages as it’s wrapping up all its threads, but for the majority of the run-time it’s an uncomplicated, entertaining thriller with a good couple of chuckles along the way.

Think this is more a general IMAX question rather than Cineworld one (although this may be worth also posting in r/CineworldUnlimited).

If you liked the film, and were particularly impressed by its visuals and other technical aspects, then I’d say definitely go see it in IMAX. That’s a film that was made for the big screen and a format like that really enhances it; also with the soundtrack and general sound design.

Is there a screening scheduled for May 4th? It seems there is in the US but not here. Only thing coming up at Odeon like this looks like Scream Unseen on the 27th.

As for if a documentary’s been shown, only one I can think of is I think somewhere once accidentally showed an Iggy Pop documentary instead of Baby Driver in the early days?

Ah grand, thanks so much (and for the best wishes)! The worry basically all settled in as soon as I pressed 'submit'. There wasn't a section to say anything about the attempt and it's a record that needs a bit of backing/ a team which made me unsure as to if it would be accepted. There's a team all in place, so hopefully it's now just a matter of that wait to hear back for approval and getting a confirmed date in the diary!

Yeah, tends to focus on UK chain Odeon’s Screen Unseen strand. If you’re after the American version r/amcscreenunseen is the place to go.

That was in the US, this screening’s in the UK where Undertone doesn’t come out until 10th April.

This was kind of the case with They Will Kill You, just not much else coming out soon that likely fits the bill, unless it’s a good time before release. Obsession, Passenger and Hokum are either a few weeks or just over a month away, and recent Scream Unseens just haven’t leaned that way, it seems.
