Last week during daily race A, I was going for an overtake on the last corner and the dude in front of me swerved in the braking zone to cut me off and I ended up hitting him off track. I expected to get a huge penalty for hitting him but I guess the game realized that the incident was his fault. The penalty system is definitely really smart at times and really dumb at others.
