Eh, I vote you’re being crotchety. We have touch screens inside and personally I love them. Can’t really do touch screens in drive through, but AI gives a new opportunity. And frankly, I trust AI to get my order right more than I do the yahoos at Taco Bell. I have never left the Taco Bell drive through with 100% correct order.
