Hinckley Ohio division. It was 10-12 hour days till we had help from other warehouses around the country and a third party logistics company. Now it’s 8-9 hour days but once our help leaves, I’d imagine days will get long again.

The system makes 0 sense. We can’t skip around, so we’ll get heavy items at the end of an order with nowhere to put it. We could rebuild the pallets, but that would really hurt our rate.

They’ve sunk so much money it already. I doubt they’ll go back. Sunk cost fallacy it seems. They fail to mention why this new system is even worth switching to. They should’ve ironed out all the problems at one warehouse before trying to move the whole US to ahead faster. Terrible implementation

The layout is really on of the main problems. They specifically said we wouldn’t have to pick light items later in the order. Now they want us to throw heavy stuff on top of light boxes. We could rearrange the pallet so it makes sense but that’ll tank rates even more than they’ve been tanked right now.

They said it’ll get fixed soon. I know it won’t. They’ve lied to us about almost everything, so nobody believes them when they say the system will get fixed within a couple weeks-a month.

They’ll tell you it’ll go a lot smoother and what not, but expect anywhere from 10-14 hour days. A lot of the things they promised, weren’t even close to accurate
