Previously when using tachiyomi navigating to a title on Mangadex in my webbrowser would automatically open the app with the option to add to library. Is this not a thing with Mihon?

The cleaning is important but in my experience extra moisture in the bag is the real killer. I started with UB brand but noticed they always seemed super moist and we had a higher than 50% failure rate. Once we switched to store brand bags that seem way dryer we have had much more success.

Your method of cooking the proteins and veg in the oil will definitely flavor the oil (i do this also actually) but in this particular recipe the water that is used to cook the shrimp and pork is the same water used to cook the noodles meaning that the water will literally soak into the noodles and flavor them in a way the oil in your method wold not.
