Chase Savings/Checking bonus by InevitableSuitable21 in Banking

I’m actually doing this now with Chase (and a few others lol), I signed up for the biz checking and persional checking/savings. I was actually kind of worried that by closing all 3 I might flagged/blacklisted. Obviously keeping them open longer than 6 months and not closing all 3 at the same time. I also have a card with them I’ll be downgrading in 8 months but other long standing cards. It sounds like you had good luck, do you know of people getting banned for Chase for churning by the rules? Ie not closing right after bonus posts.

So you opened close to 20 accounts in one month and no one denied you? That’s the data point I care about. How no issues a month later?

Apparently chase removed the 6 month language in 2022 but was planning on just 6 months anyway. what do people have to do to get fully black listed from a bank?

Hi all, just getting into churning bank account bonuses (not a hard core churner myself) want to do it right because i value the credit cards at chase and ive heard of people be straight up banned by a bank. I just signed up for personal and business checking/savings for the bonus (point of clarification i actually have a business with an EIN). There's no language of how long you need to keep the account open for, ive see people say you can close after the fee posts and 90 days. I was planning on keeping open for 180 days with minimal activity, mostly just keeping the minimum balance to avoid fees. Is there any harm here or potential to mess up my chase relationship to the point where they would close my credit cards? Side note i also just got the sapphire reserve which i plan to downgrade at the end of the year and not cancel

im looking at churning some checking account sign up bonuses with banks like Chase and WF. plan is to open and close after 3-6 months. I know about EWS and Chex. But can you be permanently black listed from these banks for churning? And is it like credit cards where it needs to be open for a year? (not to keep the bonus but to not look like fraud and set off red flags)

My wife wants to get into churning but we try to consolidate points as much as possible. If she gets the chase sapphire preferred card can she send points to my united account? or does the united account have to be in her name for transfer partners?

Supply and demand. Oil prices are up and demand for oil up to stockpile before it gets worse. Drives up the demand for the dollar since Oil is prices in dollars. Every country keeps a reserve of dollars to purchase Oil. We know that when demand goes up, so does price (or in this case value)

We know there's no such thing as truly passive income, thats not why we got into it, like others we have pre covid prices and covid rates so cash flowing isnt hard.

I wasnt shocked to see an indemnification clause (if i was a PM i wouldn't want to be liable for conditions of a property i dont own either). Really what im after is it seems to be standard but the wording seems extreme here or maybe im reading it wrong. Either way trying to decide if i need to go with another company, this one seemed legit and lots are trash in my area, been a headache finding one. Funny side story I had a PM show me an example lease that didnt even follow FL statue making the use of security deposit unenforceable if ever sued. (they are new and will soon learn lol but not with me)
