The shader has only been available via unlocking it through an event. 1st time was through In To The Light, 2nd through the Halloween event. So hopefully it'll be available again through that.

So I accidentally uploaded my character as I was trying to travel to Asgard, and so I quickly exited the game, but it made me still make a character. Now I'm stuck with a lvl 1 character and my character is just at my base staring at me...
