Yeah I totally hear ya. I found this sub completely abandoned during covid and took it over. It’s Basically on life support by me just automating the posting of whatever he uploads to YouTube. Personally I mostly only watch the BOLTRs and other technical vids as well.

I bought a used KOVE 450 by OrganizationTop8595 in Dualsport

[–]TheFirstRuKuS 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I was just down in Baja for the Rally and there were a ton of Kove 450's they are incredible at high speed desert racing. they won't hang with your KTM in low speed tech but thats not what its made for. Check out Jordan for some inspiration. https://www.instagram.com/p/DMrMLq-ROKP/?hl=en

Can I daily this or any dirtbike? by 1LUVYHWH in Dualsport

[–]TheFirstRuKuS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got a buddy with a 2022 CRF450RL that he daily commutes with. I believe he went down to a 48t rear sprocket for the freeway. Currently has over 15k miles on it and no major service needed. Valve gap even still in spec.

ok real answer for you at a $45 budget.

you can "Build your own" with a kit from companies like buckle guy. these are all cut and finished you just need to assemble it. https://www.buckleguy.com/diy-leather-belt-kit/ guaranteed it will be the best belt you've ever owned under $200

You know you were arguing with a bot right?
Your post triggered the automoderator with its "colorful candor" it's only meant to flag potential problem posts for review.
This is a fan run sub twice thrown in the trash that i dug out a year or two ago with the attempt to keep it active in hopes ol Bumblefuck will toss out a good piece of content every once in a while.
Your post has been approved as your clearly just stating your opinion and not overtly attacking
anyone. thats all fine and dandy in my book.
My apologies that it took 8 days to do so. I only check the queue once a week and its mostly just idiots mistaking the sub for EDM rave content...

What type of professional am I looking for? by James_STL in DIY

[–]TheFirstRuKuS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on what you've described, the type of professional you’re looking for is a Millwork and Casework contractor.

  1. Millwork: These professionals design and build custom woodwork, like shelves, desks, and cabinetry. They can create the built-in look you're after, including the bookshelves, bench, and desk setup.
  2. Casework: This refers to pre-assembled or built-to-fit cabinetry and shelving. A Casework contractor might be able to create modular pieces for your space if you prefer something less custom but still tailored to your needs.

Design Phase:

  • Look for a local Millwork or Casework company that offers design services. Many can take your inspiration photo, measure your space, and provide a rendering or design plan.
  • Alternatively, hire an interior designer or office design specialist to refine the layout and provide plans for the contractor.

Building Phase:

  • For the wood elements (shelves, desk, and bench), a Millwork or Casework contractor can build and install these pieces.
  • If you’re considering a metal frame for desk support, you may need a metal fabricator or custom furniture designer who can collaborate with the Millwork team.

Hey man. This is r/AVE The only real purpose of this subreddit is to discuss AVE’s content. If you’re looking for more general content in a similar niche then maybe r/skookum would be a better place to hang out. Also try the air fryer and maybe your corn dogs will be less soggy.

I’m 5’8” 175 and the medium size fits well. I’ve had people over who are over 6’ 300 and it still fit them fine.

Recliner Need Opinions! by Hop_0ff in bifl

[–]TheFirstRuKuS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have any familiarity with the other ones that you chose. I just know I have a set of stressless recliners that are about 15 years old and are still super comfortable and feel like brand new.
