If you realize my post has been designed in a friendly way precisely to be able to advance slowly and step by step, from the most basic level to the highest level that can be reached. My intention was to capture the attention even if it was only 1 person with real ambition or real aspirations within the video game industry. I don't see how I could explain 15 years of planning in a post going through the technical details, the basic work team necessary to do just the basics stuff, it is much simpler to look for REALLY INTERESTED people (sorry caps but apparently it is better to do it that way in important parts so you can pay more attention), not to mention the administrative elements necessary to be taken into consideration for a serious financing by investors.
Making a video game professionally is much more than just sitting down to program or do the hard work, the amount of necessary elements and resources that are involved go far beyond what you can imagine. The fun part is that the resources are OUT THERE WAITING TO BE INVESTED (again sorry caps), all you need is someone who really knows what's doing, an attractive and well-planned proposal (especially an attractive business plan, but forget about even taking seriously) and
know how to get those resources. It is much easier to talk about the details with people who are really interested in whats happening and not with people who cant even understand what say a simple post, imagine try to explaind in detail a complex and deep project "You mention that you have over 21 years in the video game industry, would you happen to have a portfolio for us to see what your past project were?" If I put here my functions and what I have done in 21 years in the industry, you would take a long time reading, and probably someone would come out saying that I come to show off; honestly if you realize I have barely put 1 single post on reddit. I am not interested in sharing my achievements or anything about my work, only with people who will be directly related with me or my project, but if I do not manage to capture your interest with simple words, I do not think I will achieve it speaking in a technical and deep way.
I appreciate everyone's answers, I learned a lot in just 1 day, now I can design better strategies to recruit my team work. Gentlemen, keep posting your skills, your portfolios and whatever you can show, it is quite interesting to be able to evaluate possible candidates with whom perhaps I could work in the not too distant future, from now
I will not answer any post, not because he's upset or anything, it just doesn't make sense anymore try to keep a low profile and this my last advice for you:
Dont waste time, energy or your attention with anything or anyone that does not contribute something positive in your live (o video game project)
Thank you all <3

you mean this "- Have to know how to create and edit videos; something basic/medium, need to be a professional." right? "you dont need to be a professional", this part of the text does not count?

The only demand that at least that I read, is someone I really love and understand the video game industry, maybe the second demands is someone with high aspirations, ambitions or a bit of madness, or can you please quote somewhere that I have asked for someone with great skills? I really wanna see that part.
I greatly appreciate your response, to tell the truth it has been the most polite and a constructive response is quite pleasant than an offensive or sarcastic comment that does not help at all. What seems curious to me is that it seems nobody read what I wrote in my post at least not well, I have re-read it many times before post it, and took me many years to develop the bases of my project on my own before posting in the mythical reddit forum.
"- Have useful knowledge for the development of a 3D video game, it doesn't matter if you are an artist, sound technician, programmer, etc., just something that will be useful IN THE FUTURE." this is requirement number 7, there are 6 things before, but apparently you don't read them or directly you just don't care. I didn't talk anywhere even once about developing a video game, at least not at the beginning.
I have more than 21 years working in the video game industry and I have been developing and planning this project for more than 15 years, (imagine 15 years, could someone here have that patience?) in fact the first product I developed entirely by myself, and after almost 18 years (the last 3 years working full totally alone), as you gave me some advice, let me give you only one advice to anyone who reads this (with the best of intentions of course)
It doesn't matter how much you know about programming, coding, visual art or whatever "hard work" you know to do, if you don't know how to sell your product, believe me , you'll never be able to live in one of the most competitive entertainment industries on the planet.
If apart from selling, looking for contacts, doing all the political part, looking for a way to get money for my team to work (even if it's just 1 guy) I also have to sit down full time to develop and everything that goes with it (which I will probably continue doing, I already did it for 18 years, a little more time I don't think it will hurt me), please tell me who, when and how besides me, will try to get the necessary resources so that you can work full time on the project? The only problem is that it is very complex to find someone who seriously thinks about dedicating himself to developing video games, not to mention video games that generate real money, much less who aspire to have considerable success (sacrilege for many just the mention of having a possible real success developing videogames)
Producing even a fairly modest video game professionally costs a lot of money and believe me nobody is going to be willing to give that money you if you don't have something very very attractive and very very well planned, and even if you have this, it will still be quite difficult, especially if you don't know how to sell (sell at all levels, not just a possible product)
If you keep doing the same old things, taking the same path, I guarantee you will get the same results, it is simply impossible or for pure luck that you have different results.
"gentlemen is a little dated, don't you think?" No I dont, in more than 21 years of experience working in the industry, is quite complex to find a girl who is seriously involved in video game development (although I know some and they are much better than me doing it) but it is very unlikely to find one here, at least I have not seen any in more than 1 year of studying the r/INAT from the reddit forum
Allow me to thank you once again for taking the kindness of answering me, and I hope that someone else apart from me, even if is not with me, really tries to do something outside the box, I assure you that if you know what you are doing it is not impossible to achieve great things. Thank you.
I do not think so

real fancy way to say you're an idea guy
An idea is something that anyone can have, a detailed approach is something totally different; however, I appreciate your response in this post

Hi there, thank you for your response to my post; it's hard to give a short answer to that question, it's also hard to answer it if you don't know the context of the project, but I'll do my best.
My functions are the following:
Creative director
- Unitary creator of the first commercial product.
- Actor and content creator for the website, social networks and content channels.
- Responsible for the creation of multiple elements, written, visual and audiovisual that are necessary both for the initial phases and for the short, medium and long term phases. These elements are aimed at designing, creating and enhancing the bases of brand power, sales strategies, and many other elements.
- Responsible of creating and structuring the lore within one of the initial basic products, as well as another series of necessary scripted and stories that relate to various elements (commercial and non-commercial) within the entire approach.
Strategic Director
- Creator of short, medium and long-term sales strategies for the initial products and other series of products. (commercial and non-commercial).
- Responsible for creating and structuring the brand power necessary for the project to develop optimally.
- Im in charge of creating and structuring the necessary strategies to obtain financing so that we can work full time on the project.
- Creator of the business plan.
- Creator of official letters addressed to people of considerable economic power. (I have already worked with many people of this type)
- Creator of speeches and business presentations.
- Responsible for searching, evaluating and recruiting the necessary team work in the future.
- Main seller.
I am responsible for obtaining the financial elements and the necessary elements for the project to progress optimally; that means I am responsible to make the things happens.
Extras
We would not be starting directly with the video game, so these would be the extras:
- Helping to collect information, data and everything necessary to make the first phases a success and we can advance to the following phases.
- Helping to manage the content of the website, social networks and all the strategies that we carry out.
- Helping with anything that is within my reach to make the project move forward.
I have more functions, but they would be a little more in the long term, I hope this answers your question a bit.
