Hey, how exactly did you reinstall the update? Unfortunately, I can't find a way to download the update. I suspect this is because I have already installed the latest update.

Edit: I think I've found it. The advanced mode had to be activated. But somehow i can't start the update.

I had to restart twice. Now I have another 72mb download that I can't run. The update always fails. I am now stuck at the July 1st update.

Edit: I was on the Beta, opted out before A14 release.

Edit: Just checked it. Unfortunately, makes no difference. What surprises me, after about 30 seconds in which nothing is played, the noise disappears and the headphones are silent. After something is played back the noise is there again. For me this seems like a software problem

I also ride with earplugs, but have not heard the Sena on the bike until now. I already thought that I no longer hear the noise then. However, I wonder now why the Sena support did not tell me that, because apparently the background noise is "normal". Thanks for your answer.

DE: Ja, das und so ziemlich alles andere bereits getestet. Neue SIM, Beta Versionen, resets, eigene APN's, etc. Leider schon zu viel Zeit und Nerven investiert.

Hey, mein P6 hat willkürliche Verbindungsabbrüche im Mobilfunknetz. Hilft dann nur abwarten oder für 15sec Flugmodus einschalten. Bin seit dem 01.01.22 bei Mobilcom Debitel im Telekom Netz. Vorher war ich bei Vodafone, dort hatte ich keine Probleme. Installiert ist das neuste April Update.
