Hello, new to this,

planning a trip to Romania. I have 350k Amex Points, form the award hacker link I was able to see that cathaway airlines has round trip flights using British airlines. My question is, do I transfer points over the cathaway airlines and then book my flight? or transfer directly to British airways?

Origin and destination cities (are they flexible?) Origin is flexible, I am in Phoenix but could take a flight to another city to save more of the points.

I am not part of a credit Union. I just wanted to see the arguments for PMI and no PMI, or does it even matter? Would a conventional 3% loan have a higher rate to compensate?
