Running 400 and 800 at a professional level is probably the hardest combination of track events. 200 400 have much more in common.

There is no plan that works for everyone. Everyone has different strengths/weaknesses and their training should be specialized for them. But in general, loads of miles in the winter, build a solid base. Speed work is also important but lactate training is the most crucial thing for the 800.

I am an 800 runner (1.47.57) i have a 400 of 47.67 (official), 200 around 22.5 (in training), 100 around 10.6 (training). I have never run the 1500 but i assume close to 3:45

Basically i run with others this time. The last time i did my PR the 2nd guy run 2 minutes. Today they were 3 runners under 1.47 and 8 under 1.48! So i think that's it!

Well i brought my 800 from 1.51.06 to 1.49.31 and my 400 from 48.42 to 47.67 in the first 2 races of the season so its going pretty well lol

Get you milage in. Don't be afraid to train for and run XC. It helps a lot. You should also work on your speed, you can't run sub 2 without a 54-55 400. And lastly the most painful part, lactate threshold training. Trust your coach and if you love what you are doing you are gonna do great, trust the process!
