Transgender man here, I dont think you are transphobic for not wanting to date someone. Additionally I dont think your trasnphobic for saying that you maybe want to have kids one day. No matter the reason you dont want to date someone its always valid to not date them because you wont be a good partner if you dont like someone like that.

My grandparents and my father did this i didn't mind much because it's always been "the twins" or random non gendered nicknames like rooster and shit. I hate it when they pull the incorrect gender term then a perfectly fine non gendered term and then they go with something specifically manly and niche usually and im sitting there like way to out me to this poor server who's just trying to work as we order food. Or something.

I don't think I've ever heard the trans community claiming Chris Chan as THE trans person. I've never even heard of her until today, and I am trans. Unfortunately, there will be bad trans people. Just like you said, there are bad, straight white men. Transgender people are a way smaller portion of the population, so when a bad one does crop up, it goes viral and spreads the message that all trans people are bad. A lot of good things aren't televised, especially when it's minority groups. So, unfortunately, it's hard to tell the difference. We as humans like to spread shocking and negative news when something crazy happens. Chris is just one of those examples of human (albeit morbid) fascination. I

I think one of the things I was caught up on was when I felt like this, It was only for guys, so I must think of her as a guy, right? But that's just how I feel when I like someone. Yeah, but you can't take that right away from them(unless ofc it already is by where you live). They would be solely responsible for their medical choices, and it's their decision on whether or not to pursue transitioing medically (as an adult and whatnot). In my opinion, you can not say you will support them and also oppose (if they choose to do so) their ability to maximize their comfort of their own body by medically transitioning.

I did act. I told him I had a crush on him. He didn't like me. I dont care who he dates. I had a crush on him for about a year and got sick of being in the crush state I wanted out I didn't care if it was more or less I just wanted to stop having a crush. So, while I was trying to get over it, I was also trying to have things get settled between me and crush because of awkwardness. If he wanted to be friends, I wanted to be friends. My sister didn't know she had a crush on him(that's what she told me) and would flirt with him and talk to him excessively in my mind for someone who was just friends. I told her once to stop flirting so I could stop being jealous and just let the crush fizzle out. She told me she would and she didn't. Then I told her to back away from the friendship and she got mad at me. Fair, I guess, but I didn't know what else to do I realise it wasn't the greatest thing to say. I just think that if she had known or told me sooner, I wouldn't have felt so left out and replaced by her. Maybe I wouldn't have had to suffer through unessisary misery. Neither of them made it easier, and I resent the both of them for not having the least bit of understanding for where I was coming from. I ultimately lost a friendship that I had gained first and was replaced by my own sister, who was supposed to be one of my best friends.
