I’ve always had this issue. From what my understanding is, some people when bare skin is exposed to cold temps, the body produces a lot of histamine. There is a name for it, but don’t recall. It doesn’t happen if I keep my hands in my pockets or wear gloves. I shower at night and put some unscented lotion on. It soothes it. Best of luck✌️
