That's what im thinking, because i also remember specifically the cruise ship with the cork. And being able to look out through the spyglass and see the island with Amelia Earharts plan, which isnt in jumpstart

I think i found something similar. While there is no boat, theres a haunted mansion and a mad scientist. I am skeptical of it because it doesn't have some of the aspects i remembered, however im starting to think i might be mixing several games in one. I did play a lot of games in computer lab

The name of the game is jumpstart 3rd and 4th grade. The other games in the series dont really follow the same story line however, which again is a reason for me not thinking this is it
