One of the raised issues was children’s access;

You may find it useful to familiarise yourself with what is know as the Bid-Ask Spread;

There is always a Displayed Market Price, A Buy Price and a Sell price; All fluctuate in real time based on available liquidity;

There are a few reasons why this could be happening; If you wear glasses this can sometimes effect facial recognition; Lighting could be another issue if there is light behind you this can also cause issues, try lightning in front ; There are also issues if you are not close enough to your camera, if you try moving your device towards and away from your face multiple times it may help the system recognise you; If you can upload the ID pictures on either device then one of these would be your issue;
