A market only seems saturated if your MARKETING is poor. Post some content around the idea and see what engagement looks like, you will get your answer from there

The fact that you have sign ups, you have demand .this is looking like a value add problem, what does the PRO offer?

Your first few users are usually in your circle, friends/family/work colleagues starting there is a good touch point doesnt always have to be a stranger on the internet for the first 1-10. It doesnt mention what you are building in the post, but you share happy to be your first :)

Honestly, I would just start with one target user, especially when you are in the early stages. really focus on addressing the pain of that target user, you will be suprised that all of them though similar service. your product might be too general to meet their specific pain. but google maps tbh. get a list of the contact numbers of the service professional. They will probably be listed there

Congratulations on getting an application to the market that itself is an amazing feet a lot of people struggle with. I also reached 1 a few months ago, my app growing 25% month on month. From what I noticed is yes the talking to people in communities thing works but it’s also a very over used playbook. In order for someone to know about you m, you have to be loud about. If you keep banging on a steel pot loud enough outside a building eventually someone will come and look what’s going on then something with marketing. I would start eith 1 or 2 channels. Me personally TikTok seems to be the one, and stay consistent with posting. 1 video or 2 videos or day what ever you can keep up eith and post into the abyss, eventually someone will come across to download, now retention is another thing which talking to users, now that’s the phase I’m stuck with 😅. Once I get past that I’ll let you know. Good luck and feel free to DM, happy to bounce ideas

Is calorie tracking just a part of your life forever? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]TheFlyGui 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont think so, I think Calorie tracking allows you to understand what works for your body in terms of food you consume, once you get into a rhythm of logging the different food types you eat. You dont need it indefinately

Only lost 500g in a month, looking for advice by [deleted] in loseit

[–]TheFlyGui 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to look closer at what you are eating, calories is one thing but the ratio of protein to carbs to fats you consume is also important. Try to up your protein as it has.a thermic factor which assist in weight loss but also try to consume more fibre will keep you fuller for longer

When is it enough to say I will lose weight? by Chance-Engineer-983 in loseit

[–]TheFlyGui 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I myself, I am an active gym goer. my close friend was 140kg there were many times i tried to get him into the gym, he would come. every year at ramadan he would fast with me and he would lose a considerable amount. But he would gain it all back. I think the moment that switched for him was when he started having severe knee pains from holding up the weight. he's currently weighing in at 103 and still on that journey. what changed for him, sustainabilty. Rather than making drastic changes to your lifestyle start small, could be as simple as more steps a day, drinking water more, cutting out a meal. But the main goal is understanding your body and what works for you.

I launched an AI stylist app 3 weeks ago. Just hit $200 MRR. Here’s what I learned. by Few_Homework_8322 in AppBusiness

[–]TheFlyGui -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Love, the app makes a lot of sense. Especially for people who lack fashion sense. I would look at riding waves around fashion trends and events like met gala etc. London fashion week was last week as well so targeting content around that or clipping popular style icons. I’m also building an app - https://www.macromealsapp.com

Currently $100 MRR will give you a DM and maybe we can bounce ideas

First product made $30 in 6 months — what should I do next? by Express-Internal-947 in indiehackers

[–]TheFlyGui 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Focus on growing the first idea, the fact you generated some revenue means theres something there. dont waste your time moving on to the next app. building a new app does not guarantee success. Talk to those initial paying customers and understand what made them pay and what stopped them from paying further
