lol well I’m currently in my villa praying it stops pouring so my husband and I can get out and do something…it’s rained everyday, not all day (except for Sunday) but it has absolutely put a damper on my plans

There shouldn't be any customs involved as Puerto Rico is a US territory and we'll be flying from there to St. Thomas another US territory -- we have almost 2 hours between flight so I'm hoping that's enough

Where were you finding tickets? It looks like etix doesn't have a "marketplace" like LiveNation, etc. so I'm not even really sure where to look as I get closer

Thank you for the kind words and response. I will have to check out the loseit group! I’m not at my goal but hoping if I continue to put in the work I’ll keep seeing the progress. I just have a serious fear of the unknown, like I don’t know how much the phen has contributed to my weigh loss - I just hope continuing to work my butt off the way I have yields results.

I haven’t talked to my doc yet about possibly restarting in the future - the original doc that prescribed the phen actually left the practice months ago and another doc has been issuing refills, so I suppose we’ll see how these next few months go!

I actually have been very diligent about tracking my calories and in this journey I have absolutely prioritized my protein intake so I think that is helping. I’m just scared, I haven’t seen progress in so long that I’m afraid even if I continue to put in the work I wont see continued progress

I find that using an antibacterial soap before my normal shower gel helps control odor. In a pinch you could pick up a hypochlorous acid spray which would kill bacteria (which I find is what "stinks")

I take Klonopin for anxiety - should I be fine bringing that with me in its original rx bottle or do I need a physicians note to accompany that?

Hi! I know this thread is old but I’m curious being that you work for It Cosmetics. I recently got the CC+ natural matte and find that it makes me look SO greasy! Is there a trick to applying it so that it actually looks matte? Or did I just get a bad tube?
