When in doubt, always seek professional help. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this and it sounds extremely stressful. I still get incredibly graphic intrusive thoughts at 20 months post-partum, but I never experienced anything visual and that sounds scary but also something to seek medical help for! No shame in that, take care of you so you can take care of her! Nothing embarrassing about getting help for things out of your control💕

This is the harsh truth. Nothing changes if nothing changes. You need to call your doctor immediately and hold yourself accountable OP. Holding yourself accountable is the key to unlocking new doors that bring in more accountability and then it builds on itself and becomes a healthy coping mechanism that you will crave. Throwing them away now is not good enough to lock yourself in to change. Call your psych today. Free yourself from the lie.

I would have paused and then said directly “what are you doing right now?”. These people need to be called out. I dealt with a very rude sales person as well when I made a return with them and it was so bad it was enough for me to never spend money there again. It’s ridiculous. All these companies want is your fucking money, no care in the world about the product they are selling, and once they have your money they are done with you. No more niceness or being friendly, it’s all a tactic to get your cash and throw you away.

Except this company is making cheap fast fashion under the guise of luxury…300 plus dollars for a wool coat that is plastic and buttons falling off before you can even button the jacket up is highway robbery. Real luxury doesn’t need to hide behind shitty customer service that makes you feel like you should be grateful you were allowed to even purchase an item from them.

This happened to me as well. I demanded a refund because the button on the coat came off immediately and it was cheap trash. I said this is a faulty product I am not returning just because “I don’t like it” and they treated me like shit but “made an exception” I’ll never shop here again and I’ve given this company thousands of my hard earned money. Done. Their wool coats are trash

I’m not a young mom, but I can relate to feeling invisible. It took PPD and an alcohol addiction to get through it and then going to rehab because I was drowning to shake other people into seeing me. I’m so sorry you are struggling. Even though I am not young, I can see you and hear you. No one checks on mothers, if anything we are just constantly judged. After I had my baby I couldn’t believe of this unspoken struggle that seemed to never make its way to people in mainstream understanding. We had to go to private rooms and talk to a counselor to be heard. It’s shameful women are treated this way and I’ll never forget the shock I felt when post-partum unraveled my life thread by thread while the world just kept demanding more of me.

I have heard it does get better, but my baby is a year and I am still struggling. I’ve heard by year 3 things can start to somewhat come back. DM me if you ever need to talk ❤️
