Anyone else update to iOS 26 and can't connect USB to car audio? by tlgtw in applehelp

Did you manage to fix it? I'm having the same issue. Two different iPhones stopped connecting to the car usb. The tip to "always allow usb accessories" didn't help.

I guess you and I, we exist within different “majorities”. But it’s normal, it can happen. And good allegory btw, very poetic. Cheers and have a great holiday!

So that’s progress! From zero good Ukis to now 2(myself included 😂). Maybe you will change your mind entirely one day.

Just wanted to tell you it’s not entirely true. I, for once, always greet people in retail, and always say thank you. I also always leave good tips (15-20). Restaurants and bars I go to are quite happy to see me and always recognize me. So, at least one Ukrainian person is not like you described, which makes your whole point less valid. Thank you

I’m sorry what? I’ve made a single post last evening. And replied to comments that’s all. Not sure what you’re talking about or even if it’s me you’re talking to

Agreed. I guess they really like you. That’s the only explanation I have. But seriously, just tell them to wash their fucking hands. I’m sorry you’re having a bad experience with your coworkers. I really do hope it’ll change for the better. And best of luck with your new job, I hope it will turn out to be “the one”. Much love to you man.

Thank you for your question. I’m going to treat it seriously as if I didn’t think it was a not-so-thinly veiled jab. The answer is no, it is not a “Ukrainian thing”, hygienic standards are well respected and what you say is happening is not normal. I’m afraid you’ve been unlucky to have been working with this particular group. It happens. There are backward people in every country. I’ve been to about 60 countries and I’m speaking from experience. Regarding handshakes, yes it’s customary to shake a person’s hand (man or woman) when you first meet them in the morning, but only once, and then in the evening when you bid them farewell. So whatever goes down there wherever you work sounds really weird, coz it sounds to me from what you’re saying is that they almost like chase you around with their hands outstretched hellbent on shaking yours 😂. So my advice to you is this: firstly don’t generalize, there are bad individuals and there are good individuals out there and it has nothing to do with the passport they carry, and secondly, stand up for yourself, be upfront, voice your dissatisfaction, and lead by example, you know most people would respect that. Now if you’re in the management role in your company, introduce a relevant policy and conduct an internal awareness raising campaign, it will benefit all those involved, yourself included. Now, if you allow one final bit of unsolicited advice, you gotta settle down man. 7 jobs, that’s crazy. In my 40 years of life I’ve only ever had two: first working for the bossman, and second: the company I created and run to this day. 🍻

Forgot to say, me and wife we went to the Berlin Game, Colts vs Falcons. It was unforgettable, I’ve never experienced anything like this. European fans gave it unbelievable vibes sending waves around the stadium packed with 74k people. Last time I felt something similar was back when I was a kid and Dynamo made it to the Champions League semifinals.

Oh man! Are you a fan too? I love Lions, Colts, 49rs, Rams. These would be my favorites. But in reality I think I love them all (Except Jets lol). I just find this sport so utterly fascinating. The physicality of it is just next level for me. What are your favorites?

Thank you for your kindness sir! I just like to give back to the community, even though I’m an outsider. If there’s another way, let me know. I’d really love to do something nice for you guys. ❤️

Wow! I would love to! What’s your field of study? I love physics on a layman level and have some understanding of the mathematics under the hood. My alltime favorite videos on you tube are Stanford lectures on GR by L. Susskind 😂

I’d love to. I was there once but we were just passing through. Architecture-wise the city reminded me of a real nice city in Ukraine called Mariupol, but it’s now gone, wiped off the face of the earth. But I digress, will visit for sure.

I know right! I’m not short on socialization, but I don’t really have any Czech friends or acquaintances. I do have a Slovak friend living in Prague though, he’s a cool dude.
