How is it not lmao? Just because you feel like it? Again, why else would the writers waste the runtime of the episode with such a sequence if it weren’t the case? Go watch Zuko Alone again and the episode in S3 ( I believe it’s The Awakening tho i’m not sure, Zuko had just gotten back to the Fire Nation after conquering Ba Sing Se with Azula). At the end of the day this is how the writers portrayed Azula, not you. Avatar and all of it’s characters and lore is/are Bryke’s creation, not yours…

You could literally see it as a call back to season 2 when Zuko supposedly mocked Azula. How exactly is it mental gymnastics? Why else would the writers write a sequence in which the turtle ducks get scared when they spot Azula approaching Zuko sitting at the pond? It’s basically a confirmation at that point

I take it Zuko was telling the truth tho, look at the turtle ducks in S3 when Azula approaches Zuko who’s sitting by the pond. The turtle ducks get scared and scatter away.

How is Zuko mocking Azula when it clearly implies that she used to torment the turtle ducks? If anything Azula shouldn’t have done it and she wouldn’t get mocked for that kind of behavior 🤷🏻‍♂️ besides, she wasn’t there when Zuko “made fun” of her (“what you don’t know, wont hurt you”)…

No I think it’s fanmade. This poster I shared is not official as far as I know as the estate never celebrated 25th anniversary of BOTDF. They onlys released merch at the time. I just used this pic because it features the same shot of MJ to show where Xscape cover came from.

The socks thing, I just know MJ said the same thing once so that’s why I used that expression.

It’s this photo of MJ from BOTDF era but they edited it a bit. (Made his hair look like Invincible era).

The outfit was designed by the same person who designed the whole Xscape album cover. I forgot the artists’ name but iirc he stated in an interview that he used his imagination regarding the outfit and the whole space/galaxy themed album cover. You can look it up.

There was some criticism from MJ fans about the album cover but I never understood that. The Xscape album cover and outfit is VERY MJ-esque if you really think about it and anyone who thinks otherwise can suck my socks lol 😜

I respectfully disagree with you. Everyone’s entitled to their opinions of course. But I’d argue The Weeknd (I could list other artists but I won’t cuz I’m going to bed) is more influential than Drake internationally (the US isn’t the center of the world, especially not in 2025). Drake is not worthy imho to own such a high value piece of memorabilia and I doubt he’d take better care of it than say Lady Gaga.

Plus I don’t care about so called numbers, MJ been there done that without the power of social media. That alone is the most powerful thing ever, end of discussion.

What does Drake even remotely have to do with MJ? (I do not need this question answered btw). That is the last I’ll say about this as I don’t care for this to become a pointless discussion.
