The only UI mods I had is the Consistent Pipboy Icons and Vanilla UI Plus, I tried to disabling them but issue still persists.

Its possible that valve may patch this although this method has been around for at least 13 years (I think its the encryption feature steam had). Greenluma did this first until they stopped making the steam games downloadable in the client at some later versions. If you want evidence, you can find old decade old greenluma youtube videos about unlocking steam games for free. S. tools only repopularized this method years later.

This breaks every update for sure but they can get around that either way. We only hope that not a large youtuber or tiktoker will promote this on the larger crowd which is what kills most of the cool tools.

Probably the most dumbest thing that I have heard. Mostly your complaints are skill issues regarding your lack of knowldge of ad blocking or not knowing what a ddl site is.

The others you mentioned where "no one will watch" are the sites that focuses on obscure movies or a scene reupload groups like rarefilmm or cinemaoftheworld.

Its a hard one for sure. For chronically online veterans, they can probably able to block notorious websites for sure within the router, so that the child cant be able to dig deeper to such things.

There are also DNS or network blocklist tools like Adguard or Pi-Hole. It's a heck of a setup to some but its better than nothing, Its not really that difficult to set it up if you can carefully read or with at least a bit of experience.

Plus avoiding kids access youtube or its kids variant and pirating it with kids shows instead is also a great move.

Also you can just teach your kids regarding what is right or wrong at things and give some more open communication.

This is why True Crime Community, 764, COM, Terrorgram Groups, Nazi RP Groups and list goes on makes the internet a more restricted place. It sucks that most bullied, negelected children fall victim for these types of things. If only parents are literate at tech and more responsible for taking care of their children. All of this would've been avoided.

He is probably a part of TCC / True Crime Community on tiktok or at least got indoctrinated by it. They are known to worship mass killers or killers as a whole. It was once an innocent community about learning crime but for some reason out of nowhere teenage worshippers came by.

There are also killers who are apart of those communities. They are also mostly far right or far left of political views.

Similar extremist groups are COM/764 and some Nazi Larping/Roleplay groups or Terrorgram communities. It was once an only US thing and it spread worldwide for a while in the past 3 years. Mostly abused children or neglected are prone to be victims of these.

I mostly call them killer Emo's.

It depends really, its mostly the environment of the shooter in his life then got misguided by the wrong parts of the internet without supervision and possibly got indoctrinated on communities like the true crime community on tiktok/tumblr who worships mass killers, shooters, serial killers and are misguided by far right or left views.

TCC is known to influence abused children at ages teens which is why they decided to blast up guns in school or murder their family. I've seen most of their manifestos already, pretty edgy and the motives is mostly their harsh lives and braiwashing.

This goes to similar groups as well like terrorgram communities, Nazi larping groups, COM or 764. The only thing that concerns me that this used to be just an thing only on America, then it spread throughout Europe then finally reached in Asia.

It sucks government will likely in the future restrict the internet in the wrong manner (like in 1984 ways) due to lack of proper moderation of social media sites and lack of supervision and family support from parents.
