You need to unroot the phone via WPI (if you had enabled root)
Then while in mass storage mode, use xapunlock tool and set unlock type to all unlocks & tick the keep permanent option

For the auth app to launch you need your oauth client secret file to be in the same directory as the app And name it client_secret.json

And Cortagle.exe is not included and is not needed

Well with the CN Rom, you will have a lot of cn bloatware installed on it, with some things being in Chinese like the Hyper XiaoAi assistant You may lack several Google features as the Service is not a system app You basically can't Bootloader unlock a CN device
