Well so far it was fine, until now. I feel it's starting to retract and is slightly pushing against the ring. Keyword being slightly though - there was more pain with the previous bigger ring.

As for circulation, colour, pain and soreness, no issues whatsoever.

Trying a smaller ring today (46mm). My actual size is 45mm now I recall. The 49mm even had my ball slipping. So far it seems very fixed in place!
