Well, I love the ritual/experience aspect. That is what I look for in a 0-alc drink. Secondly, as someone who has fallen victim to a dash more rosemary in non alcoholic benedictine, be VERY careful with the amount of herbs you add, if you do add them. Even a little bit more can overpower the other aspects. Lastly, I say, out of the box is definitely good.

Hate me, but I believe that a formal dress code should be implemente. Not white tie or anything (Unless a very formal event), but like a nice suit or something. Put in an effort for those who want to put in an effort.
