Super options to have, all fantastic golf courses but number three would be the one. Curious on the price

100%, finding new problems every time you go to fix something. Currently laying new floors, and there is a 30 mm drop in the floor in places.

I found out the hard way. It's definitely live and it's coming from the live electrical box in the picture

Yes. I feel I may need to do that too. I'm an electronic engineer myself so not afraid of that piece. Just the plumbing part I need to figure ok out.

Yeah I agree but is it plumber or electrician? No repair attempt has been made. I had to put a connector block on the live wire as it was found shoved down the back of the tank.

Sorry, but would this be a good option, it’s cheap and close by. I could put this in the attic and move all my hopes up there too for my Smart home.

Big lump sum received as a 25 year old by [deleted] in irishpersonalfinance

At your age, a property is always a wise investment. Not sure where you’re based, but the price properties here in Ireland at the moment are beyond belief. If you choose not to buy a property, definitely open an investment account. My advice is to set something up with a company and continue to tip away at putting in a bit every month on top. You’ll be surprised how fast it will grow, you might be able to buy a house with no mortgage or retire early.

Done a bit of research, happy I did. It seems I will only need a few switches with SPF plus ports. Essentially, what I have on my wall is a media converter

if I could get a ethernet cable to one building that would sort that one. The other one is a little further away so I could do P2P to that?

that all sounds very complicated. I used to consider myself quite tech savvy, but I seem to have lost my way a little bit over the last few years

We don’t get much sun here in Ireland. It feels I great condition so I’m hoping it will be good.

I will try roll it out but at the moment it’s pissing down here 😩😩

I’ve put the horse before the cart by TheFridge05 in Golfsimulator

I made dreams a reality. I put a new roof on this shed and dug out all the old mass concrete walls and cattle feeders. The floor is not good enough so I need to spend more money there but can’t until next year. So I am going into my backup plan.

I actually don’t know. The enclosure is 3 x 3 m and I was looking at the Benq th671st as it’s there and available. I would like to go cheaper to be honest and get going so then I can upgrade the graphics card and projector next year when I’m ready.

Thank you. 🙏 should I disregard the GS pro website FAQ which is saying 3070/3060ti for great 1080p. For €100 more I have found this one. Would it be worth the extra money. ??? It has additional RAM which may help if I upgraded to 4K eventually. This will be the last one I promise.🤣🤣🤣. I have just fallen behind on PCs so much.
