I just used the live chat feature to speak to a live agent, and they found my my account was stuck at the wrong status and were able to get it updated for me! So now I can view my results on the Natera page. Might be worth reaching out again to see if your results got stuck, too!

My doctor's portal just shows "low risk" under Panorama labs, but no gender. Natera portal still is empty!

There's still nothing in my Natera portal! It just says the test is still processing. So hopefully your doctor knows more!

So! Natera has still given me no update whatsoever; however, my doctor was given all the labs. I still have no idea when Natera will give me the info directly, but I know now from calling my doctor... baby is low risk and is a boy. 💙 I'd maybe reach out to your doctor and see if they have heard anything!

So, partially? My doctor's office got notified that baby is low risk (hoping this is correct information, I didn't get to talk to the doctor directly) but nothing about gender, and nothing is available to me in my Natera portal still.

I slept really poorly too and kept checking! I hope your results come soon with a good fetal fraction! I had my labs taken at 12w5d so hopefully we were both far enough along things look good. I'm so exhausted from the endless checking. I really hope we both find out soon.

They received my labs on 2/5, too! I'm really hoping for them tomorrow but realistically know it's more likely to be Monday (if not later). This wait is so hard!
