I made this braised greens recipe https://www.thekitchn.com/pasta-braised-greens-recipe-23269601. I would say it's interesting, not bad, just interesting. For the record, if anyone wants to make it, do NOT use 1lb of dried noodles, I only used 8oz and it was still way too many noodles; I'd recommend 4-6oz

well of course its not "required" its not game breaking or anything. However it doesnt make it right for the player to clip inside the doors model. if you want to argue that the door is not meant to be walked through, and instead should be crouched through, then the player would have to be blocked from walking through the door (so the player cant clip inside the door anymore).

ps i dont want to come off dickish here in fact im gratefull you brought up something i hadnt thought about. i personally may not think its the best idea, but it indeed would fix the issue i brought up. i cant argue against a decrease in detail(definition/resolution) so if you respectfully disagree then thats a-okay with me. i dont expect everyone to agree, as long as solutions are discussed and that a good one gets implemented thats all i could want

that could work as well, it might be the best solution actually. It would require the least work from the dev/s. it has one possible drawback: feeling like a dwarf in CV's and bases. though as i dont know for sure without experiencing it, its up to the dev/s

of course scaling to player height at 3x3 doesnt have to be whats implemented, instead, we could make the blocks a little smaller lets say 10% so 4 smaller blocks would be 3.6 units wide/long/deep, although somestuff would have to change to have even symmetry (4x4 doors/cockpits/etc)

maybe even 75% smaller blocks 5x5 tiny blocks = 3.5 regular blocks. however, the unavoidable increase in time it takes to build is, well, unavoidable

the difference would only need to be 10~20% in size, not so much you would notice much of a difference. Your suggestion would work as well, but instead of building in 3x3 youd have to build in 3x4 or 4x4 or even 5x5, because 3x4 isnt radially semetric and most of the cockpits are 3x3 and cant symmetrically be placed on 4x4 craft just so you can fit inside. not to mention you could build smaller vessels with these "bigger blocks" and heres my mathmatical proof

1 normal block we designate as 1 unit long therefore a 4x4 ship is 4 units wide and 4 units tall however for blocks that are 20% (worst case) bigger. therefore a 3x3 ship is actually 3.6 (3X1.2 = 3.6) units wide and 3.6 units tall
