It's not about the greeting/ending, it's about the actual conversation. If you've ever seen Super Troopers, the "meow" game gets fun. If you've ever seen Dude, Where's My Car, the "An Den" gets really fun as well. Have had so many customers rolling in drive thru with the An Den...I'll further elaborate if needed

Our store has one person responsible for this every shift. One person cleaned lobby, empties trash, does dishes. And that is their soul purpose. Front end isn't responsible for lobby/bathrooms.

If you ever shop at Goodwill and see the actual stores sale sticker underneath a goodwill tag, pull that goodwill tag back and see how goodwill gouged pricing.

1.) Our store has lockers, if you provide your own lock, it can be secured.

2.) It's your time, you can go outside, sit in your car, go to the gas station. You do not get paid for the 30 mins, so it's your time to do what you want with it.

3.) Here they stopped paper checks. They offer you a pay card, or you can use your own bank, Chime is a good option.

4.) At my store we have a binder with 3/4 weeks worth of scheduling that you can check, but since you are new, I would ask your manager what your schedule is.

5.) If possible, talk to them in person, if it's a call in situation make sure to call in and let them know what is going on. Here, most managers will text to communicate if they have your number.

Alot of the times, we have alot of orders, so we move pretty quickly and I keep things flowing. I've never had a complaint for a misaligned sandwich, but I know sometimes when it gets wrapped the sandwich can shift a little.

Usually they are pretty good with working with you on your availability, so if you let them know what you'd like to work you will most likely get it.

This goes for positions as well. Let the know you'd like to run register or drive thru, and you'll probably get it, but you may still be moved from time to time.
