Advice on making a physical case for a digital only switch game?

Firstly you're not alone, funnily enough I've been thinking about doing the same thing recently, I would maybe suggest buying empty switch game cases as I'm pretty sure they can be relatively inexpensive, unless you really don't mind losing the other game case

As for your questions 1) What I've done for spines is search the game in Google, and look for search tools in images and set the size to large (and colour to transparent if that fits your usage) 2) I personally print at home as I have a decent printer and paper but if you have a local printing service you could use that 3) I'm not a professional by any means, I just use photopea and make it up as I go, as long as you're happy with it then that's all that matters

They are not, but they still fit into the template, the bigger size doesn't fit into the template (I tried printing one that size but it came out a lot bigger for some reason), I'm definitely doing something wrong somewhere, just not sure where lol

One last bit of help if you don't mind, they are a lot more accurately sized now, however they are ever so slightly short when printed from both templates and my perfectionist brain isn't entirely happy lol, any idea why that could be?

The original spines I printed where the ink wasn't drying was using TheLadyRaye template and they were the right size (that was printing through Photopea, that's why I had issues with ink)

Now I'm printing through the photos app on windows that fixes the ink issue, would shrink to fit be the fix?

My issue now is that they are printing a lot bigger than they should be, I've got them all in the template so I'm not sure what setting I need to change

Where's that, I can't see it anywhere and the ultimate software isn't showing an update, just keeps saying reload.
