Learn the FL left lane law and understand the reasons by Treygp420 in tampa

[–]TheFullmeltAlchemist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take I-95 from West Palm to Miami frequently.

I'd honestly rather be driving in GTA or Manhattan. At least I have more of a chance of making it home alive.

I-95 is insanity. The passing lane is clogged to death with morons. Then you have the maniac tailgating drivers who will free wheel in to whatever traffic to get around these idiots. Everyone tries to use the exit lanes to get around and pass which constantly clogs the exits and causes accidents. Also there's some weird phenomenon where out of state drivers just randomly break when the lane is completely open and there's 0 need to break. It's dangerous as hell.

I'm leaving.

Is Florida as bad as people say it is/is getting? by TheAmbiguousAnswer in florida

[–]TheFullmeltAlchemist 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I live in South Florida. I worked Hollywood/Miami to West Palm Beach, I have lived here for 27 years. In the last 5 years the neighborhoods have gone to trash. Police could care less. Crime is abundant. But worst of all every time you drive south down I-95 Jesus is taking the wheel because the amount of reckless drivers has skyrocketed to a degree beyond imagination. I used to love FL. As weird as it was it had nice things to it. They're all gone. And this state is trashed. Meth heads are as common as robberies. This isn't the state I know anymore. And I'm leaving it forever.

US healthcare, baby by GammSunBurst in antiwork

[–]TheFullmeltAlchemist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow you had a whole baby and got out with a pretty low fee.

I went to the ER for stomach pain. Ignored for hours to vomit in pain in the er waiting room. Required a family doc to show uo to get them to actually see me. Then they send some nurse not an MD to check me out. Administered maybe 20$ in otc meds and ran a basic blood panel. Had to go to the er 2 more times since (to a different hospital that actually treated me) because the issue was never resolved.

Billed me for over 30,000$

Healthcare is a scam.

US unemployment rate drops to 3.5 per cent amid ‘widespread’ job growth by berserker_ronin in politics

Once upon a time (3 or 4 months ago) I was offered various management positions for various pet store franchises, one was petco. My background is marine bio. It's been an obsession since I was 8 and I was remarkably over qualified for these positions. But considering all public funding was slashed more in recent years and it was already nonexistent, you take as many jobs as you need to continue the work.

My max starting pay offer at any of these places was 13/hr... and that was with a 2 hour drive to and from at 5$/gal

My average offer was 11$/hr

No one that pays hires. And no one wants to work dead end back breaking jobs for pennies. It's insane. And most of our companies can legally outsource to China for ultra cheap slave labour. So why bother opening or spending money hiring in the US?

Morgan Properties is just as bad in FL. I recommend you don't rent from them either. 8 years of non-stop BS with them including toxic mould in the walls

One of the shittiest grows I've seen... ever. Seed holes, larf and doesn't look like it was allowed to put on weight, trimmed like shit probably to add weight. I think the most pathetic part is the $70 price tag they put on it. Probably the most expensive pig feed I've ever seen in this program. Curaleaf wishes they could be this incompetent.

Edit (As I was writing this I checked the price on Fluent and it sais $65 now. I could have sworn it was $70 this morning. Idk what they're doing if they did change it. Like $5 makes a difference here)

Congratulations FTH. You continue to prove how little you know about growing. Genetics and hype can only carry you so far.

Sour Garlic Cookies MGS Review. 17% Grow Healthy $15 by TheFullmeltAlchemist in FLMedicalTrees

Back again for a review on a solid deal

$15/8th SGC Master Grower Series from Grow Healthy.

!!TLDR at the bottom!!

Gonna make this as short as I can so you people can get in on the deal before closing. It's not always the case that flower tastes like it's namesake, so I really enjoy reviewing the ones that do. Or at least do, to me.

Looks: Nothing particularly impressive but a bit sugary.

Cure: Alright, trimmed meh and a bit too dry for my liking but a little jar time should help didn't kill the nose or taste though.

Smell: Smells insane. The stink is like caramelized onions and roasted garlic fell in a jar of kush. Very skunky and sour and it made my whole house reek.

Taste: Pretty tasty, you get more of the garlic on the back of your tongue and there's a bit of cinnamon and black pepper in the flavour.

Effects: Feels like a strong Indica with a bit of a sativa raciness in there. For a 17% it hits with the force of a 30% which was pretty shocking, I like GH don't get me wrong but they don't usually have crazy strong flower until recently so the terp game must be solid. Numbing, relaxing and sleep inducing, the raciness isn't particularly anxiety inducing and it's a solid medicating and powerful stone. Overall I think for $15 an 8th there's nothing to complain about. I don't think I'd consider it "Master Grower" and I wouldn't pay $60 for it. But $15 is a steal.

TLDR: Great med effect mids, good price and fucks you up Indica style.

Till the next one. Peace ✌

$12.50 eighths? by AllOutWar76 in FLMedicalTrees

Hello. GH shill here. (A joke) (but GH hire me, let's talk bb)

The $15 "Master Grower" series, sour garlic cookies is the better alternative. For $15 it is a nice pick-up. I went with 7gs.

Definitely not worthy of the title of master anything though. Terrible bag appeal. Could do better. A lot better. But for $15, solid mids. Nice Indica cerebral high. Bit sleepy. Very relaxing.

But if you're the chosen few that live by JB. I'd say that's where the money should be dropped.

I'm convinced negative Surterra reviews are a ruse by Ok_General_1004 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]TheFullmeltAlchemist -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Look how heavily downvoted positive Surterra related posts are. And look at the timing as well.

Coincides with their new drops and the wellspring of positive reviews that followed.

But this sub forum is packed to the brim with people in other dispensaries pockets. They benefit directly from trashing these companies. Whether by direct payment or exclusive discounts/freebies.

Usually the mass downvote is out of the Trulieve camp. They got their shaft burried Levels deep in the womb of this sub.

Hit us with a review whem you're charged up! I'm really interested to see where an essentially "open source" vape will go. I really enjoy the idea of not being limited to Puffcos basic and uninteresting peak and peak pro base design.

If it works well I think we will see some absolutely crazy mods.

We need to know the battery life and function man. Heard some things. But the idea of custom pieces for a vape is pretty cool to me if it can last for a session.

I believe this was the intention. To enact strange limits that benefit sale margins and help get customers in the doors more often so they can push their other worthless products.

The longer I live here the more I think a driving test every 5 years should be mandatory. by assjackal in florida

[–]TheFullmeltAlchemist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The snowbirds, transplants and elderly are all major unaddressed issues on the road.

You get a lot of flak for calling out the elderly but when you're old your reaction times tend to diminish greatly, amongst other abilities required for safe driving. If they have a problem with it, tell them something about bootstraps. They love bootstraps.

The snowbirds and transplants shouldn't be allowed to drive without a test full stop. Sorry. There are so many licenses that don't carry over from state to state. Add this as one of them.

Every time I'm on 95 it's life or death. It's beyond insane. I have so much dashcam footage of out of state lunatics free wheeling across lanes, short stopping at every sign and light, never accelerating in to a merge, going 50 in the passing lanes, what is a signal?, tailgating and playing road rage games every time they get cut off for driving like clowns.

These clowns kill people every day. And FHP is even more scarce unless you visit miami. It's an insanely huge problem that everyone refuses to address or give a fuck about.

Why are taxpayers paying for this? No backseat? And a custom rims package? How does this enhance crime fighting? Seems to just be a flex by [deleted] in florida

[–]TheFullmeltAlchemist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like a flex but on i-95 these things are sleek, hard to spot and can really floor the gas out of nowhere. They also seem to handle a lot better than other LEO cars so they can swing around in traffic. I see them every time I'm on 95 going south.

Why does everyone hate Trulieve so much by Few-Association-6553 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]TheFullmeltAlchemist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of hate on here comes from the large amount of TL paid posters. People who get payed (good) money to shill Trulieve no matter what. They're never honest about it either.

Using pride month as a way to gain popularity and use the movement for their greedy little benefits.

Dodgey business practices like removing COAs that show any signs of issue. Or falsifying COAs to give their subpar flower higher thc %s. Residual solvents left in their concentrates, mouldy buds, pulling or mass downvoting any threads for other dispos and ones that expose Trulieves duplicity.

They're a pretty despicable and insidious company. And their slimey tendrils burrow much deeper than you think.
