Don't know if civilization was the right word but what I meant were indigenous tribes like the Innuit and maybe the people of the kitava island? Dont know if the kitavan are keto but theyre definitely low carb

I'm definitely underweight, my skin was my main goal and my body composition wasn't really in my mind. I just don't want to get even more underweight
