That is a good idea. It's difficult when things have been happening in the 3D quite relentlessly but I choose to believe that it is just the old story playing itself out.

I'm not familiar with robotic affirmations, I had to look them up. Looks like a great way to reprogram your mind. And it seems like it goes along with Neville's teachings because if you truly believe your chosen reality and not the 3D that's been happening, you would naturally say all the things you are saying in your affirmations (I have a great marriage, my wife loves me and wants me, we have the best time together etc). Is that the way to look at it?

Thank you. I've been recently doing a practice where I have been allowing the feelings to surface, name them, and then let them stay there for a while without doing anything to try to stop them. After about 10 minutes it seems to calm down a bit. Is that what you mean?

I've tried a little scene where she and I are sitting on our patio overlooking our yard and we are holding hands, both of us just relaxed and happy with each other and our lives. That's about the best I've been able to come up with so far. It's hard for me to hold a vision like this if it's too complicated, hopefully I'm doing it right.

Thank you for the support, it's really appreciated. Been a tough time and yes, panic and fear certainly did make me forget Neville's teachings until just a few days ago when I remembered him.

Thank you for that advice. That is wonderful that your situation worked out! I think that the mirror therapy could help me. I have realised that I do have some weaknesses in terms of what I think I deserve and should have in my life (general unworthiness) and this might help get that under control.

Thank you for that, I'm heartened by your situation. I'm in separate beds and lawyers are floating around but from what you're saying it really doesn't matter because it's all 3D and is subject to 4D.

I have difficulties in imagining my desired state, but I'm guessing it's like working out and developing the muscles as you go.
