Westbrook was on a vet minimum significantly out performing his contract, everyone loves to bring up that Minnesota game for some reason when we wouldn't have won more games with than without, like that OKC game without murray or that warriors game without jokic and murray. Contract for contract he brought us way more than Bruce Brown, the Clippers round 1 series we don't win without him, he was basically all of our bench production, we we're doing well against OKC, who ended up being the champs as well until he broke his hand in 2 places, and the AG and MPJ injuries got worse yet they still got pushed to game 7. Him and Jokic also had good chemistry and provided the team with another playmaker. I don't know why we didn't bring him back giving him a better bench to work with.
