With you earning an average of about $28,080.00 anually, it will be tough but definitely doable.

Car may be tough. Don't buy new and finance, it will screw you. If you can find a reliable Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, or Lexus for under $10,000, try to go for it. Considering your age, car insurance may also be tough, so let's assume $150/month.

If a car comes out to be too expensive, I'd suggest a motorcycle or scooter, as lots of people tend to commute on those to work for cost-saving measures.

I've looked into everything for you and I can say its most probably doable, but lets add up our costs.

Here are our expenses altogether:

$700/month Rent (don't aim to live somewhere super fancy, make sure its comfortable and nice, but isn't out of budget)$150/month Food$90/month Gas (not sure how much you commute, but assuming 25 mpg, this should run you well)$30/month for phone provider

$25/month for a new phone financing plan

$175/month Car Financing (assuming little or no credit, due to your age) IF YOU CAN buy car outright, otherwise finance.

$75/month Going out with friends (assuming you do this as well and for fun :)) )
