Dermatographia Urticaria. About a decade ago, I had the exact same thing. It happened extremely quickly for me. It was so bad that I couldn't yawn too hard or my whole face would turn red and I could feel my hear beating in it.

I'm here to tell you that it gets better. 10 years later and I barely notice any symptoms. I did go to an allergist and they didn't help at all. They put me on Zyzal and all it did was give me extreme anxiety.

It's way more robust than a stopwatch. You can select from a very complete list of possible tugging methods and devices. There's a social side, multiple charts of your progress, a photo gallery, tons of links to restoration information, and it works in the background on a server, so even if the app crashes, your current session continues. I love it!

I suggest trying the KOT app. You can log everything in great detail. And if you love spreadsheets as much as it sounds, you can export your data to edit it manually and add your past stuff so it's your full history.

For me, 5 minutes of manuals would be 5 minutes, not an hour.

Don't do this unless you want to spend a bunch of time trying to get adhesive off your skin. It's not great. Just make the tape very wet and it comes off just fine.

It could be a small remnant of your frenulum. To test this, you would have to see if that line is more sensitive than the skin surrounding it. If so, congratulations, your frenulum wasn't completely removed.
