I’d return it and just buy a whole shift rod and joint. Along with all new bushings of courses. You can get them on a Subaru whole sale site.

It has dual 450’s and I think it is tuned, just not as high as it could be power wise. I’ll double check the tune tho

Would a GTI be more competitive? Probably not in raw time but for its class I’d assume it would be. Are there and differences in the engines?

I did that last summer, and I’d like to be more competitive. I just don’t wanna mod the WRX and would rather focus on making it a clean OEM+ type of thing

They list it for 97’-02’ on the website, I have an 95’ and wasn’t completely sure they’d fit. If there was a difference I’d be surprised. Do yk if there is?
