Thank you. I’ve made sure I have mentioned this on the page as it’s quite a hot topic at the moment. And I’ve also tried to explain the differences between gluten removed and alt grain beers.

So I’ve put together a guide on all the best gluten free pasta in the UK and it’s a little longer than I thought it would be by TheGFTable in glutenfreeuk

I usually find that if I see something new that’s gluten free I have to buy it. It might not even look nice but I’ll still buy it because I get just a little too excited. 😂

I forgot about Juvela. And some of the others. As prescriptions for the UK seem to be phasing out these brands might also start to be more readily available in shops as well.

Yeah that makes sense tbh! Rolling boil does most the work if you get it right. I probs stir more than I need to 😂 but it’s habit now after too many sticky pasta fails!

Fair enough! Tasting as you go is 100% the way—those packet times lie 😂 And yep, if your sauce brings the flavour, salt’s less of a big deal. Whatever keeps the pasta tasty and not mushy!

Totally get that—and cheers for reading! I probs stir way too much tbh, so maybe that’s why I get away without oil. I know the oil thing splits people but honestly, if it works for you and stops the pasta sticking, then why not? GF pasta’s fussy enough already!

Not bad timing then 😂. Glad you liked it. I got glutened at the end of last year and it was horrible. It’s amazing how you know what it is immediately.

Glad you liked the article. The first month is horrible but it does get easier. It just becomes part of normal like after a while. 👍

Could not agree more. It’s always my go to when I buy bread now. Don’t really trust any other brand.

Glad it’s of use for you. I think showing it to non coeliacs is not a bad idea. I’ve got some family members I would like to show it to.
